2. Description of Service
Studentix provides lecture recording, transcription, and AI-powered learning tools for students. Features may vary based on your subscription plan:
• Free Plan: 5 recordings per month, up to 30 minutes each
• Premium Plan: 30 recordings per month, up to 2 hours each
• Pro Plan: Unlimited recordings
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Studentix only for lawful purposes. You may not use our service to:
• Record content without proper authorization
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Distribute malicious or illegal content
• Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your recordings and transcriptions. Studentix retains ownership of the platform and its underlying technology, including AI algorithms.
6. Payment and Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan you select. You can cancel anytime, and access will be maintained until the end of the billing period. Refunds are subject to the terms of your subscription agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability
Studentix is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
